DeVeaux Partners is led by Marty Reid.  Marty led the acquisition, financing and sale of several major hotel assets, with transaction values exceeding $3 billion.   He later became the CFO and CEO of a publicly traded office and warehouse REIT.

Recently, Marty was an independent trustee of a large shopping center company, and continues to advise private equity clients with lodging assets.

DeVeaux Partners began when Marty was asked to assist on a large hotel acquisition, shortly after completing a public to public company merger.  Recent assignments include consulting for a major private equity fund and five star management company's  $600 million luxury resort, which was sold successfully to a public hotel REIT.
